      Hi!,

It would be very interesting to monitor the mycontroller system itself (in my case an OrangePI Zero). Now i found that this should be possible by installing the mc-agent package.

My question is how to install the mc-agent software?

      Thanks!

Nevermind... already found it.... need to use the version from google drive

I have tried to execute on an OrangePI zero, unfortunately it does not work here..
      Found this in the logs:

      ,
Unable to determine hardware version. I see: Hardware : sun8i
      - expecting BCM2708 or BCM2709.
If this is a genuine Raspberry Pi then please report this
to projects@drogon.net. If this is not a Raspberry Pi then you
are on your own as wiringPi is designed to support the
      Raspberry Pi ONLY.

Would it be possible to get this software running on the OPI (zero) running Armbian (Jesse),

      • The GPIO pins work since i have my NRF21L01 connected directly

      • SOC temp and more details are available in the /sys environment
        /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp

@Tag For now the MC-Agent designed to run on Raspberry PI with pi4j library. If you find any java library which supports for Orange PI kindly let me know. I will add support for Orange PI too.

        Thank you!

          @jkandasa

          Great!, found this: https://github.com/Pi4J/pi4j/issues/230
Seems support is being implemented for orange pi in PI4j... seems still experimental, maybe nice to test.
