Issue was related to Google Chrome only. Resetting browsing data got it back into the correct time zone.

No worries... Whenever you get the time. FYI, I tested with a W5100 MQTT sketch last night and that seems to work fine, so I guess you can eliminate the W5100 as a potential source of the problem. Let me know if I can help in any other way. Cheers.

Hi DATTcz, Strange that you see instabillity with the CH340 chip. I have a mix of original chips and the CH340 chips and never encountered any issue.... btw, nice enclosure!!! looks great! Kind regards, Tag
