Cant use a custom widget with user permission.

I create a custom widget with Super admin permissions, but when I try to use on a dashboard with user permission I can access the custom widgets that I created. And the thing is... I can't create custom widgets without Super Admin permissions, some advises ?

@betows Super admin user only can work with scripts and templates. custom widget based on script and template. hence normal user cannot access it.
