Night mode (dark theme)

Can I/you add an option for a 'dark mode' for night use? The current dashboards are mostly white and this is not easy on the eye for night time use.

Maybe add some way to trigger this from a sensor or time as well?

@skywatch I guess the current version of dashboard won't support as is. We need to add some code for this. Can you create GitHub ticket for this?
