@dirkc Inclusion mode not supported by MyController and there is a request from the gateway. So it says I won't support. I guess some other environment issue might get resolved on restart.

@jkandasa nice. I see support for standalone esp8266 sensors to use mqtt to communicate with mycontroller soon. Looking forward to some Arduino examples to use mycontroller-device library

OK, my mistake there. The Node // Firmware Name was empty. (It has been discarded when node has been deleted) [image: 1491227792128-capture.jpg] Now it works like a charm. Thanks for you attention.

@njbuch master branch works well with ESP8266 2.3.0 version. The problem comes when we upgrade to 2.4.0 and above. For now, you should revert back your esp8266 Arduino version to 2.3.0

@aliasjim That's great! Just for the record, I compiled all the bootloaders here: https://github.com/guillebot/MYSensors-Bootloaders all the channels, for 1, 8 and 16MHz.

@mostafa topic names are case sensitive. looks like on your Arduino sketch you have supplied in_Esp. This should be in_esp and the same for out_esp too.

@Aneantisor We do not have documented anywhere about default settings. When we do a fresh install we see default settings/values.

Intresting thing happened this weekend. The nodes all appeared 'down' again and yet in all screens (resources and topology) the GW was showing as up. It was a mystery. Then, I tried to turn on some lights, it worked. So this time MyController is not getting data from the nodes, but is able to send commands to the nodes correctly. I am beyond puzzled by this as it is no longer a GW faliure nor is it a NRF24l01 lock up.

it's a shame, it's a pity that there is no such possibility ..

@jkandasa Thank you sooooo much for that! It was the crucial bit of info/understanding that I was missing. It works fine now! If this turns out to be the same in myc2.0, I'll write a tutorial for it.
